Tenders, priced lane by lane.
Upload the customer’s tender file. Fragta reads every lane, finds prices from your partners and builds the reply in the customer’s format.

How tenders are handled today.
A tender means hundreds of lanes, a tight deadline and a spreadsheet that has to be filled in by hand.
Tender files are large and messy
Hundreds of lanes in a customer spreadsheet, each with its own volume, equipment and special requirements.
Pricing takes weeks
Each lane has to be sent to partners, chased and entered back into the sheet by hand.
Errors are easy to miss
A missing lane or the wrong currency is often found only after the tender has been submitted.
Built for tenders.
The whole tender in one structured flow, from the customer’s file to the finished reply.
Reads the tender file
Fragta imports the file, recognises lanes, volumes and requirements, and flags anything that is missing.
Prices every lane
Lanes are sent to the partners that fit, and replies are collected against each lane.
Exports the reply
Review prices and margins per lane, then export the tender in the customer’s own format.
From file to finished tender.

Up and running in three steps.
Upload the tender
Drop the customer’s Excel or CSV file into Fragta and set the deadline and currency.
Fragta prices the lanes
Each lane is matched with partners and contract rates, and replies are collected automatically.
Review and export
Check prices and margins lane by lane, then export the reply to the customer.
Tenders, answered.
01What is a freight tender?
A freight tender is a request from a shipper to price many lanes at once, usually for a contract period. The forwarder returns a price for each lane in the shipper’s format.
02Which file formats can Fragta read?
Excel and CSV files with one lane per row. Fragta recognises the columns and asks you to confirm anything it is unsure of.
03Can we use the same partners as for spot quotes?
Yes. Tenders use the same partner network and rates as the rest of Fragta.
The rest of the quoting workflow.
