Spot quotes, answered in one place.
Fragta reads the customer request, asks your partners and freight exchanges at the same time, and puts the replies side by side. You choose the price and send the quote.

How spot quotes are handled today.
Most forwarders still answer spot requests by hand, one email and one carrier at a time.
Requests arrive in every shape
Email, phone, PDFs and portals. Someone has to read each one and type the details in before any carrier is asked.
Carriers are asked one by one
The dispatcher emails or calls partners in turn and waits. Replies come back in different formats and at different times.
Prices are compared in spreadsheets
Rates are copied into Excel or noted on paper. The fastest reply often wins the job, and slow quotes are lost.
Built for spot quotes.
Three steps of manual work handled in the same flow, with the coordinator in control.
Reads every request
Route, goods, weight and dates are pulled from emails and attachments. Anything unclear is flagged for a person to check.
Asks the right partners
The request goes to the partners and exchanges that fit the lane, in your name and at the same time.
Compares and replies
Replies line up with price, transit time and reliability. Pick one, set your margin and send the quote.
From request to quote.

Up and running in three steps.
Connect inbox and partners
We connect your email and import your partner list and rates. Fragta runs in the background without sending anything.
Fragta prepares the quote
When a request arrives, Fragta reads it, asks the relevant partners and collects the replies.
You approve and send
The coordinator checks the suggestion, adjusts the margin and sends. Nothing goes out without approval.
Spot quotes, answered.
01What is a spot quote in freight?
A spot quote is a one-off price for a single shipment, based on current market rates rather than a contract. Forwarders usually collect prices from several carriers before they reply to the customer.
02Can Fragta send spot quotes without approval?
No. Fragta prepares the quote, and a coordinator approves it before it is sent. You decide how much is automated as you get comfortable with it.
03Which freight sources can Fragta ask?
Your own partners by email, your contract rates and freight exchanges such as TIMOCOM via API. Exchange subscriptions stay in your own name.
